This technique is the newest and most environmentally safe method and now rarely requires corrosive chemicals. During this process, we take every step necessary to prevent dust particles from covering your work areas. Once the tile is free of most stains and existing finish, we will apply multiple coats of our best wax finish which will protect from every day traffic and wear. The final product is always exceptional and usually exceeds the customers satisfaction.

We start out by sanding the existing finish with our top of the line floor scrubber/sander. We not only vacuum as this process is happening, we follow it up with a final "once over" before we lay on your finish. Customers have the choice of their desired shine that will be applied by hand. Customers can expect to let the finish set for approximately 24 hours before returning any furniture but the time is subject to change depending on environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.
